The OnePlus 15 made its Chinese debut last month and got its global release just last week, and there is already a software update for this flagship phone. The first software update for the international model has started rolling out. Don’t worry, buyers will have the new update on their devices already when they get the smartphone.

The November 2025 security patch level is part of the update. The changelog includes faster app launches from the Home screen. You can customise widget names, resize the clock in Flux themes, and stack widgets by dragging them. You can automatically straighten portrait and architectural images in Photos when cropping and rotating them. You can set videos as ringtones.

The virus scanning speed is improved, as well as the Ring fingerprint animation. There’s a new interface for the AI LinkBoost Network Engine. You can receive real-time notifications for network acceleration in poor network conditions, test your network speed and check network status details.

Users don’t have to install the over-the-air update manually as their devices will automatically get it. OnePlus rolled out a software update to its latest flagship, the OnePlus 15, less than 24 hours after its launch. That’s a surefire way to keep consumers interested in the device.
