DJ Kulet has revealed harrowing details about being s3xually abused by a family member during her childhood
In an interview on the Talk to B show with actress Biola Adebayo, DJ Kulet recounted how her mother took her for spiritual cleansing to address her habit of stealing, during which she was allegedly molested at some of the locations she was taken to.
“I was molested at some of the places that my mum took me for spiritual cleansing. One of my family members molested me, and I could not speak out for years,” she disclosed, noting the long-lasting impact of the abuse.
Speaking about her personal struggles, DJ Kulet also shared that her marriage to Ohis Emmanuel, which ended in December 2024, collapsed partly due to the trauma she endured.
She revealed that her husband was accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl, compounding her emotional distress.
“I have started weeping since the second day of our wedding but I endured for 8 months. I didn’t know I was pregnant when my marriage crisis happened, and that was the second time that I would be pregnant in my marriage,” she said.
