Three decades after The Beatles Anthology hit shelves and airways, the project’s definitive documentary is getting a remaster. The remastered version, which spans nine episodes, includes restored and previously unseen footage, along with restored CD and vinyl sets.
The project is a joint effort from Peter Jackson’s Park Road Post digital team — which launched The Beatles: Get Back — and Apple Corps’ multimedia production team. The series charts the Fab Four’s entire career, from their beginnings in Liverpool to international superstardom to John Lennon’s death and the band’s enduring legacy.
