The first Tuesday after Black Friday may be known as “Travel Tuesday” to retailers, but the more charitable set have come to know the date as “Giving Tuesday.” The goal: to use the day to highlight worthwhile causes while giving charitably, after having spent money on (likely) less-than-essential items during the Black Friday rush.

Some retailers are leaning in to the “Giving Tuesday” trend, including Kenneth Cole, which is donating 100% of sales from its website today to The Mental Health Coalition (MHC). It’s part of Kenneth Cole’s “Day of Purpose” campaign, dedicated to “advancing mental health advocacy, workplace well-being, and cultural dialogue.”

The brand has pledged that 100% of sales from KennethCole.com today (Tuesday, Dec. 2) will go towards advancing mental health initiatives and expanding access to resources for those in need. In addition to donating sales, Kenneth Cole is launching its “Purposeful Voices” series starring the cast of the feminist Broadway hit, “Liberation.”
