vivo has started launching its X300 series. The vivo X300 and X300 Pro are out already and we’re expecting the flagship Ultra model soon. The vivo X300 Ultra will be the successor to the X200 Ultra and the last addition to the X300 lineup. There have been rumours about the battery capacity of the latest Vivo X300 Ultra, and some concerning the expected launch window. Up till now, there hasn’t been any official announcement from the company.

A new leak suggests that the X300 Ultra is scheduled for a Q1 2026 launch, as we expected. It will be just like the X200 Ultra‘s release which was launched in April, earlier this year.
Regarding the battery, the leaker also states that the coming smartphone from vivo will feature a 7,000mAh battery, which is a significant upgrade from its predecessor. The X200 Ultra only offered a 6,000mAh cell, while the new X300 Pro features a 6,510mAh unit.

Other rumours suggest that the vivo X300 Ultra will feature a larger 50MP ultrawide sensor, dual 200MP cameras. It seems like it might come with the largest 200MP camera sensor Sony just released, and will be one of the first smartphones to feature the advanced 1/1.2 inch camera hardware. The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be available worldwide.
