Actress Doris Ogala has been taken into police custody, with the incident unfolding in real time during a livestream conversation with an online interviewer
Midway into the live session, the interviewer sought clarification, asking, “The police are in your house?” Ogala confirmed the situation, replying, “Yes, the police are in my house.”

Moments later, the actress was heard scolding someone she called “Charity,” accusing the person of letting visitors into her home against her instructions. The interviewer pressed further, asking if the officers had presented a warrant, while advising Ogala to keep her phone switched on and remain connected to the livestream.
News of the alleged arrest was also shared by comedian and former Big Brother Naija housemate Dee One, who announced it on Instagram. He wrote, “Doris Ogala has just been arrested. I tried to warn her; the allegations did not add up. Now she will have to defend her story in court. Everywhere good, my people.”
Attempts to obtain Ogala’s reaction were unsuccessful, as calls placed to her phone did not go through and WhatsApp messages sent to her remained unanswered as of the time this report was filed. Efforts to get further comments from Dee One equally yielded no results, with calls unanswered and messages yet to receive a response at the time of publication.
The latest development comes after Ogala had posted, and later deleted, content on Friday allegedly showing a man identified as Okafor in a private environment. In the caption accompanying the post, she accused him of deceit and claimed to have video proof backing her allegations.
