Many persons are feared de@d after a suspected su!cide bomber detonated an Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) in a mosque at Gamboru Main Market in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital today December 24.
According to reports, the explosion occurred while the Muslim faithfuls were conducting their Magrib prayers at about 6pm.
The Mosque usually hosts many people including traders and sellers who patronizes the Gamboru market on daily basis.
The state police command is yet to comment on this development.
