The reality TV star, 46, was part of a panel called ‘Lemme Lead: Redefining Wellness & Access’ at WWD’s The Catalysts, where she promoted her Lemme brand of vitamins and supplements along with co-founder Simon Huck.

Kardashian, who shares Rocky, born November 2023, with rocker husband Travis Barker, 50, spoke about breastfeeding while discussing how she maintains her energy as a busy mom of four.

After the moderator, WWD’s Jenny B. Fine, asked where she gets her vigor from, Kardashian – who recently sparked pregnancy rumors – replied, ‘How do I get my energy? Honestly, I have no idea. I wonder that. I do no alcohol. I’m breastfeeding.’

Huck, 42, added, ‘You were a matcha girl before.’

The Kardashians star, who looked chic in a white suit at the event, then replied, ‘I cannot wait to have matcha again.’

‘It’s a choice. I technically could have it, I think while breastfeeding, but it’s just become a choice.’

Healthcare providers recommend exclusive breastfeeding until a baby reaches about six months of age, according to Cleveland Clinic.

It is then recommended to continue breastfeeding until the child is 12 months or older while introducing other complementary foods.

As for how she manages to balance it all, Kardashian said she has a few non-negotiables.

‘I think for me, I have my real only non-negotiable right now because I think moms get it that sometimes your things come last. So I would say walking daily and taking my supplements, those are the two things. And getting at least eight hours of sleep.’

The mom-of-four, who was joined by Lemme co-founder Simon Huck on the panel, also shared that she’s avoiding coffee.

‘I take different formats throughout the day. So I do feel especially like we just did our liquid, Lemme Colostrum, and that one, I just put it straight into my mouth. That’s my way of doing it.

‘I think it’s supposed to go in coffee, right? And I don’t drink coffee, and I don’t drink caffeine, actually, but I put it straight into my mouth. That’s just my way.’

She continued, ‘To me, with wellness, it’s finding the routine. That is how you can keep consistent with it.’

Kardashian, who also has three children – Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10 — with ex-partner Scott Disick, went on to discuss how she takes care of her wellness while being a busy mom.
